Soviet commander at the San Hieronymo Peninsula. He fled during the rebellion of Gene's FOX Unit, then attempted to fight back using his private collection of masterpiece Soviet fighter jets.

In an attempt to purge rebellion instigator Gene, he piloted Metal Gear RAXA with Gene as his target. However, he died after being thrown from the cockpit of Metal Gear RAXA by Ursula.
