Ursula

FOX's precog.

Ursula is the alternate persona of Elisa, FOX's chief medical officer. She collaborates with Gene in his plan to steal Metal Gear on the San Hieronymo Peninsula.

She had a vision of Naked Snake bringing the world to ruin, and attacked him in Metal Gear RAXA.

Ursula gained her powers of ESP when she was exposed to radiation in a nuclear disaster in the Ural Mountains in 1957. She harbors a deep antipathy toward nuclear weapons.
