Revolver Ocelot's right hand was cut off by the Cyborg Ninja's sword during the Shadow Moses Incident.

Following the Shadow Moses Incident, the right arm of Liquid Snake, who had been killed by FOXDIE, was grafted onto Ocelot to replace his lost limb.
