Tselina=virgin soil, uncultivated land; Yar=precipice; sk=suffix.

Area in the southeast of the Soviet Union where the OKB-754 Secret Design Bureau is located. In 1964, the Virtuous Mission and Operation Snake Eater commenced with the infiltration of this area.
