The amount demanded, in cash, from the US government by the terrorist group "Sons of Liberty" for the release of President James Johnson, who was inspecting the Big Shell ocean cleanup facility when it was taken over by the terrorists.

If their demand was not met, the Sons of Liberty threatened to blow up the Big Shell, set fire to the oil, and turn New York Harbor into a raging inferno. Experts predicted that the combustion of the oil along with the chlorine-based chemicals used to treat the ocean water would completely wipe out the harbor's ecosystem, creating the biggest environmental disaster in recorded history.
