Steve's younger sister and member of the resistance movement that fought to suppress the Outer Heaven Uprising.

She formerly sang for the positive punk band Thin Wall. In the field, she provided Solid Snake with intelligence regarding the mercenaries and weaponry under Outer Heaven's control.
