PMC Oversight and Inspection Committee

An auxiliary organization of the UN Security Council established in accordance with the increased demand for PMCs. Its principal members consist of US military retirees, which meant that the commission was controlled by the US military, though the organization itself falls under UN supervision due to the international nature of war. Former FOXHOUND commander Roy Campbell serves in the organization's analysis and evaluation department.
