Rosemary

Raiden first met Rosemary in front of Federal Hall. When asked by a Japanese tourist which building King Kong scaled, Raiden answered that it was the Empire State Building, while Rosemary maintained that it was the Chrysler Building. One week after the argument that ensued, the two met once more at the FOXHOUND base, and decided to watch King Kong together.

However, their meeting at Federal Hall was no coincidence. Rose's approach was merely part of her orders from the Patriots.

Still, her love for Raiden ceased to be an act at some point, and became real. During the chaos at Big Shell, she confessed to Raiden that she was carrying his child.

After Raiden injected Arsenal Gear's neuro-AI, GW, with a worm cluster, however, Rosemary's communiqués devolve into gibberish. Raiden then discovered that, in addition to the real Rosemary, GW had created a false Rose within his mind, using the nanomachines inside his brain.

As messages from the real and impostor Rose mingled, Raiden was plunged deeper and deeper into confusion.

After defeating Solidus Snake, Raiden met the real Rosemary once more.
