Eggs Sunny Side Up

An egg dish where one or more eggs are fried with the yolk intact. There are various preparation methods, including sunny side up, in which only one side is cooked to maintain a runny yolk; over easy (also called sunny side down), in which both sides are cooked for a slightly firmer yolk; and over hard, for a completely solid yolk. Eggs over easy/hard, however, do not look as nice as eggs sunny side up because they have fry marks on both sides.
