It uses the power of the spirits of the dead to control others and force them to fight in its stead.

Able to control the dead and nearby living humans through two puppets, Sorrow and Mantis.

Those dolls were build using Sons of the Patriots spin-off technology.

When controlling live people, it emits three-dimensional imagery lasers that operate the nanomachines within the target's brain, forcing the secretion of opioids (pain-killing sedative substances manufactured by the body) in order to dull consciousness while hijacking their muscular system.

To control the dead, it releases electrical energy stored within the corpse's nanomachines to force the constriction of muscle fibers.

By stealing these two dolls, it is possible to manipulate Screaming Mantis itself.

The outer layer of Mantis's suit offers greater protection than even most bomb blast suits, making it difficult to deal direct damage.
