Treason Charge

According to Article 3 of the US Constitution, it is treason to start war against the USA or to conspire by assisting enemies. The crime of treason was not applied for approximately 50 years following the Second World War until, in 2006, suspects appeared in videos of the international terrorist organization al-Qaeda.
