Close Quarters Battle. Close Quarters Battle using small arms centering on infantry. The system was developed by the SAS and is a combat technique that uses weapons such as stun grenades, hand grenades, submachine guns, pistols, and knives, assuming limited spaces such as indoor combat or street fighting. CQC (Close Quarters Combat) is a result of subdividing and further developing CQB.
